Returns & Exchanges

Because our wallpaper is printed on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong measurements, wrong color expectations, or incorrect orders. This does not affect your rights if the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

EU customers: Because this wallpaper is printed on demand and produced specifically for your order, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to this product, except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Color representation

Please note that colors on screens may differ from the actual product color. We recommend requesting a sample before placing a large order.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package every order to help ensure it arrives in perfect condition, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied.

If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect product, or if part of your order is missing, please contact us via nordicdreamwalls@gmail.com within 7 business days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging where applicable.

Please note that items must be unused to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a discount, or a refund. Each case will be reviewed individually.

If your case qualifies for an exchange or refund, the item must be returned to NordicDreamWalls unused and in its original packaging. Additional protective packaging may be required to ensure the item is safely returned.

Please note that all sales, including custom orders and samples, are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Disclaimer

We make every effort to keep our website and online shop accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur, including pricing or product information mistakes.

If you are charged an incorrect amount, we will contact you and give you the option to either place a new order with the correct amount or cancel the order. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to cancel the order automatically.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, our obligations may be delayed or suspended. This includes, but is not limited to, war, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, lockouts, transport disruptions, power outages, internet or communication failures, natural disasters, and similar events.

Under such circumstances, Paperskin will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter and assist our customers as soon as possible.
