Sale Items
All sale items are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Custom Orders
We are happy to offer custom wallpaper options, such as custom colors or adjusted pattern scale, whenever possible. Please contact us to discuss your request before placing an order.
Minimum quantities, additional production time, and setup fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy
Orders must be cancelled before production begins.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
